Answer:We are confident to say that our products are built to last. In the rare event that a malfunction should occur within 5 years of your purchase, we will replace your item(s) for free. Please fill out our RMA form or request an RMA number via email and we will issue you one for return of your product. We do not issue refunds after 30 days of purchase.
