SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY
SerialComm has a satisfaction guaranteed policy! You may return items sold by SerialComm.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund by the same method in which payment was received. We do not reimburse shipping expenses. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to refund items after 30 days unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In addition, we can only issue partial refunds for the return of any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged due to neglect, or has missing parts.
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY POLICY
SerialComm has a manufacturer's warranty on all our products for up to 5 years from the date of purchase. You may return defective items sold by SerialComm.com for an exchange with a new product. We do not reimburse shipping expenses. We will not be able to refund the purchase price after 30 days. We are unable to exchange items unless the items you received are defective. In addition, we will not be able to perform an exchange if the product is not in its original condition, is damaged due to neglect, or has missing parts.
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by SerialComm.com. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
RETURN DIRECTIONS AND PROCEDURE
To return a product, please fill out the RMA Form below or email us the return details. Return the RMA form via fax at 732-749-3598 or email at email@example.com. We will issue you an RMA number and email it to you. Place the RMA form in the package and please write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
