  • Mordy Naftaly
    CEO / Founder

    Mordy has over 30 years of experience in software and hardware engineering as well as e-commerce and technical marketing. Mordy attended Stevens Institute of Technology where he graduated with a BE Degree in Electrical Engineering and a MS Degree in Computer Science. For over 25 years, Mordy worked for L-3 Communications Inc, one of the largest military contractors in the world, where he founded and managed the Communications Products Division.

  • Giovanni Castiglione
    Operations Manager

    As Manager of Operations, Giovanni plays a major role at SerialComm. He provides outstanding customer support and helps ensure that all our customers are responded to promptly. Giovanni attended American University where he graduated with a BA Degree in International Relations. While English is his primary language, Giovanni is also fluent in a number of languages including Arabic, French, Italian, and Spanish.

    International Manufacturing Manager

    As International Manufacturing Manager with over 8 years of experience, Michelle plays a major role at Jeddy Ventures LLC. She manages all of SerialComm's manufacturing activities. She ensures our factories provide the highest quality products at affordable prices. She oversees and interfaces with manufacturing and establish manufacturing relationships. Michelle also sources other products we want to offer the public.

    Product Manager

    As a senior electrical engineer, Dan is SerialComm’s product manager for all serial server products. Dan has a BA degree in Physics and a MS degree in Electrical Engineering. He has been a technical program director and engineering director/manager for a number of companies such as L-3 Communications Inc., CACI Technologies Inc. and Northrup Grumman Corp.

  • Neal Whitley
    Distribution Coordinator

    Neal manages the order fulfillment and inventory control processes. He ensures that all orders are shipped accurately and in a timely manner. He tracks the incoming shipments, packages the orders, and makes sure the product is in stock. Neal makes sure all incoming and outgoing shipments meets ISO-9001:2015 quality management standards. Neal as well as all our other employees have been audited by TÜV Rheinland.

  • Jonathan Naftaly
    3D Modeling and CAD Coordinator / Engineer

    Jonathan is presently a senior at New Jersey Institute of Technology pursuing a BS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Manufacturing Engineering Technologies. Jonathan has developed an intense interest in 3D Modeling and CAD/CAM. He presently uses PTC Creo (one of the most sophisticated CAD/CAM software on the market) and has completed hundreds of 3D Models / CAD products, and has managed other CAD Engineers.
